This web based absence management system has a simple and user friendly interface that allows for clear and easy definition of leave types and custom leave accrual policies for companies in any country. PlanMyLeave gives management and employees immediate and transparent access to leave entitlements. PlanMyLeave users can view current leave balances, leave requests status, past leave history and monthly and yearly team calendars allowing them to plan their time-off easily. Managers can quickly view resource availability on the team or department calendar and authorize leave requests. PlanMyLeave offers flexible multi-location based settings normally found in enterprise class applications. The smart phone version will be released in early 2013. PlanMyLeave is a SaaS solution that can be easily integrated into existing payroll systems.
